Because Mickey Is Always Right
VoilĂ ! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a bygone vexation stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honour to meet you and you may call me V.
Remember, remember, the fifth of November

In honor of the gunpowder treason I will now explain the Guy Fawkes poem for the third time:
The Guy Fawkes poem was written about a man who tried to blow up the house of parliament on November the 5th. The British make small statues of him every year to make a point that treason is bad . In V For Vendetta, however, they were putting a spin on this and saying that reason can be good.
I deeply regret to inform you that I have used the word "reason" instead of "treason" accidentally once. I am deeply sorry for any emotional damage or confusion this may have caused you
What's up with everyone's obsession with Guy Fawkes? Personally, methinks he was a royal pain in the arse.
Omg guess what tomorrow is!
Spanish Moss Day! H00t H00t! Ok that makes me happy the spanish moss for our show is coming. good stuff.
Well anyhow me and the crew were talking about it today, and this kid jeffrey was like "remember remember the 5th of november."
and i was like "omg v for vendetta....today is the 5th of november"
and then my theatre tech teacher almost bonked me in the head because i had no idea before today that november 5th is an english holiday. XD
It's not really Guy Fawkes so much as it is the art that Alan Moore was able to make out of the myth of Guy Fawkes. I mean, yeah, Fawkes was pretty much a royal pain, but the point is that Moore uses him as a symbol in the graphic novel to represent the people's right to civil disobedience.
Eeee. I sound like Mr. EV.
Hey, until this comment I'm making now, it was FIVE COMMENTS FOR NOVEMBER 5th!
there are 10 kinds of people in this world, those who understand binary and those who don't
-I got that from an email from the new kid that was here today. Only people who know binary understand that, if you're confused, learn binary!!!
I saw that on a shirt once.
